GG: I've always pictured Mary as the mom on the sidelines, not worrying about the score, but whether or not the players are okay.

That is wonderful....especially since today the Church celebrates her birthday. Happy Birthday Blessed Mother!!! And GO IRISH!
Like any good mother, the BVM sometimes has to administer "tough love" to her children. I think the ND offensive line needs some of that love.
