As much as I love the hubbub of a busy, out-and-about life, there is something so beautiful about a tranquil morning at home. I am thankful this morning for the chance to pause and appreciate this little lady...
She loves pink and babies and playing with small creatures. We are working hard on separating from our beloved binky during the day, which has resulted in an explosion of language from our sweet girl. She talks while arranging her critters in their home and seating them around the table.
It is oh-so-sweet and I need to relish these quiet times of play, these moments of tenderness and care. This morning we talked about her animals, especially the little doggie babies she loves so much. I got out the camera and of course, she wanted to pose for a picture.
Later, we enjoyed a snack together--goldfish crackers and apples slices, all while listening to the "Under The Sea" radio station on Pandora. It was so fantastic to listen to old Disney favorites. We even took a snack intermission to dance and twirl together. Precious times. Thank you, Lord.

Aww!!! Your MG and our Bit would be besties if we were still neighbors. She also loves to care for critters. MG is adorable and I can perfectly imagine her playing and you listening and loving every second of it. Definitely sweet times.
