Fall Goodness

The pumpkin seeds came out of the oven this morning... Delicious!
They bathed in a briny soak for over 24 hours and then toasted up nicely at 350F. Even the kids enjoy the fruits of our pumpkin-carving labor!

    A lovely memory or carving, scooping, soaking, baking and FINALLY eating! Great that the kids are enjoying a yummy tradition!
